O’Donnell’s Cottages

Situated on the banks of the Miramichi River, all of our Smoke Free cottages have a great view of the river from their screened in verandas. Each cottage is spaciously located for your privacy and has a bathroom with hot and cold running water, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all dishes and utensils. A living room with a TV, VCR, fold out futon, glass-front wood stove(propane fireplace in the 1-bedroom) and electric heat for cooler nights. Outside you’ll find a fire pit, picnic table and a screened in porch with propane barbeque and recyclable containers.

To keep with the greening of our business all cottages have ceiling fans and screened windows for summer breezes. Recycle bins are placed at each cottage for your convenience. And just so you have one less thing to worry about, all linen is provided. Also on site is a washer, dryer and outside clothesline for your use, as well as a pay phone and pop machine. Need more? How about a playground for the kids, horseshoes for the bigger kids and a washer-toss game. The river is also within a few feet for your enjoyment whether fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or bird watching. | ||||||

Cottage #4, a cedar log cabin, is the latest and largest addition to the cabins. Its three bedrooms contain a total of 3 double beds and 3 single beds (one of each per room), not to mention 2 full bathrooms! You’ll also find a glass front wood stove and all the seating you’ll need, including a futon/couch, two arm chairs and a unique rocking chair. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, microwave and coffee machine. | ||||||
