Guidechek is a place out back where salmon guides advertise their service on the following terms

The guide has the skills necessary to properly perform the guiding services offered on the ASAP site. 

• the guide shall only use equipment, tools and material in his guiding services which are fit for the intended purposes.
• The guide will do his/her best to deliver services in a competent, hospitable and fair manner.
• The guide shall comply with all laws, fair angling practices and angling etiquette in the delivery of services to the Guest.
• Prior to commencing the assignment the guide will ensure a mutual understanding with the guest or guests of the term of assignment; including daily rate; cancellation policy; daily fishing schedule, equipment required, responsibility for locating fishing water (guide or angler); extra services[airport pick up; meals ; etc].
• ASAP is providing this service gratuitously and accepts no liability for any injury or loss arising from your use of the ASAP web site to advertise services or to book a guide or for the breaches of any law.
